Processing incoming mail from all offices Recording and monitoring all deadlines Checking documents for completeness and accuracy General administrative tasks Quality control and partially independent submission of electronically prepared applications and filings to the EPO, DPMA, BPatG, and WIPO Managing the IT-based IP rights administration (invention disclosures, patents, design patents, trademarks) Managing external service providers and independent correspondence with our clients You independently handle formal and substantive processing You regularly correspond with offices, clients, and colleagues General office tasks (phone, dictation, file management, etc.) are also part of your daily work You constantly keep track of appointments and deadlines and review them regularly You support the attorneys in meeting appointments and deadlines as well as ongoing matters

• You have a secondary school diploma or high school diploma
• German and English are your strengths
• You work in a structured way and like tasks that require conscientiousness
