• Customer Service For the apprenticeship you need a good lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss). The regular apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years. Through good theoretical and practical performance during your apprenticeship or with a corresponding school qualification you can achieve early admission to the IHK final exam, shortening the apprenticeship to 3 years. As a machining mechanic you plan and machine components for our products. For production you create programs for CNC‑controlled machine tools, then document and monitor the process. After completion of the components you carry out quality checks and coordinate with other departments and customers as needed. During your apprenticeship you learn everything you need for your profession. By manufacturing workpieces you learn exciting processes such as turning, milling or grinding.
