As a technology leader in heat treatment, we offer application-specific solutions for our customers. To help shape the strategic growth of our Heat Treatment division, we are looking for a Team Assistant (Sales, Purchasing & Administration) (m/f/d) at our Laupheim location.

Varied tasks in the areas of sales, purchasing and administration. Support our sales team in creating and following up on quotes. Maintenance and further development of customer and supplier relationships. Responsibility for invoicing and support with monthly closings. Creation of evaluations and presentations to support well-founded decisions. Independent handling of administrative tasks in daily business. Active contribution of ideas to optimize processes and procedures.

Completed commercial training, ideally with professional experience in sales. Proficient MS Office skills, ideally with prior knowledge of an ERP system. Enjoyment of administrative tasks. Customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as strong communication skills. Very good German language skills both written and spoken, good English skills are an advantage.
