About this Apprenticeship
Actemium Cegelec Services GmbH is looking for reinforcement at its Wilhelmshaven site. You support the installation, wiring, commissioning and maintenance of demanding EMSR systems in process industry plants.
What You'll Learn
- Assembly, installation and wiring of EMSR systems, control cabinets and field devices
- Laying and connecting control and signal cables as well as carrying out connection and terminal work
- Commissioning, functional testing and calibration of EMSR components including loop checks and documentation
- Maintenance, inspection and repair of EMSR systems and field devices
- Analysis and fixing of faults in measurement, control and regulation equipment
- Testing of electrical systems and working according to applicable safety, quality and environmental standards
- Acting as contact person for customers and suppliers on site
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an MSR technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electronics technician for operating technology, electronics technician for automation technology, electronics technician for devices and systems, industrial electrician, electrical systems fitter or comparable
- Knowledge of measurement, control and regulation technology as well as troubleshooting and fault clearing on industrial plants
- Experience with circuit and wiring diagrams
- Ideally experience in explosion protection (Ex protection, ATEX)
- Valid class B driver's license
- Good German skills
- Willingness to do assembly assignments in the regional area
