Electrical Design Engineer

The Actemium Service Chemie Süd business unit is seeking someone to join its electrical design team in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. Working in a supportive team, you will take responsibility for drawings, switchgear and project solutions.

• Prepare design and as-built drawings independently and take responsibility for them
• Design and size industrial switchgear for production
• Prepare material lists and place material orders for individual projects
• Develop complete solutions suitable for implementation together with those responsible for the projects
• Maintain and expand the existing data and drawing archives

• A completed engineering degree, ideally in electrical engineering, a master craftsperson or technician qualification in electrical engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering / automation and knowledge of ECAD programs, especially ProDOK and EPLAN
• Initial professional experience in the duties described above and in design planning
• A responsible approach to technical matters, safety and deadlines
• Initiative and a customer-focused approach to work
• Enthusiasm and interest in challenging and varied projects
