Track Builder with target role Superstructure Specialist

We are looking for you as soon as possible as a track builder with the target role of superstructure specialist (f/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Ludwigshafen am Rhein site. You will complete a tailored internal training program that supports you on your way to becoming a superstructure specialist.

• After successful qualification, you are responsible for carrying out maintenance work (inspection, servicing, fault clearance, repair) on infrastructure facilities in the track/superstructure trade correctly, professionally and on schedule
• This includes observing assigned budgets, central requirements and plans, and ensuring quality-oriented capacity control
• You also make sure the infrastructure facilities are available as required, so that safe, punctual and economical operations are possible
• Safety planning and monitoring are part of your duties, as is monitoring quality assurance of maintenance measures, accident prevention and environmental protection
• Last but not least, you help with administration and repair, carrying out inspection orders and deadline monitoring for devices, tools, measuring and testing equipment, fire extinguishers, fall protection and ladders

• You have successfully completed training as a track builder or civil engineering skilled worker, or bring a comparable qualification
• Ideally you already have several years of professional experience in maintaining railway infrastructure
• You like taking responsibility, show initiative and bring a high level of customer focus
• You combine assertiveness with diplomatic skill, motivation and initiative
• Night and weekend work as well as taking part in fault-clearance or on-call duty are a matter of course for you
• A class B driver's license rounds off your profile
