Foreman

Our business unit in Weil am Rhein realizes demanding industrial projects in the Oberkirch/Kehl/Offenburg area – practical, technically clean, and with short decision paths. We work where planning meets reality and solutions must function not only on paper but also on the construction site. As a foreman (f/m/d), you are the central technical authority on site. You ensure that installations are implemented cleanly, systems go into operation, and our customers can rely on one thing: quality.

Assembly & commissioning: Execution and coordination of assemblies as well as commissioning of automation and/or communication technology systems. Service assignments: Technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing systems. Construction site work: Independent implementation of work on site. Structured, safe, and solution-oriented. Customer contact: Professional appearance towards customers and coordination of technical details.

Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for industrial or automation technology, energy and building technology, or a technically comparable qualification. Experience in an industrial environment is a plus but not a must. Independent, structured way of working and technical understanding. Enjoyment of practical work with systems and technical equipment. Confident, friendly demeanor with customers. Class B driver's license.
