What dm-drogerie markt offers

• We want you to feel good with us. That's why we offer flexible working hours or working from home depending on the activity. We support you with retirement provisions and regular special payments such as Christmas and holiday bonuses. There are also various attractive discounts – and of course an employee discount.
• Modern workplaces: Whether you start in any profession, our workplaces are modern and pleasant. You will find bright and friendly dm stores, highly automated logistics sites, and light-flooded offices with ergonomic furniture. Some locations have staff restaurants.
• Work differently: You become part of a special community. Our apprenticeship concept is forward-looking and diverse. Classic hierarchies do not exist here – instead, the 'we' counts. With self-determined work and individual learning paths, we want to support you in unfolding your strengths.
• Technology that delivers: We value digital networking. That's why you get modern devices from us to support your work. Depending on the profession and area, that's a laptop, a smartphone, or both. We also rely on digital solutions in training and further education.
• Fit for the job: So you can start the workday healthy, dm offers various health services: from company doctor consultations to preventive screenings and check-ups to workshops and seminars for mental health.
• Convenient and affordable commute: Our workplaces are well connected and often accessible by public transport. We support you during your apprenticeship with a travel cost reimbursement: We cover your costs for public transport between apprenticeship location and school. You can save the monthly ticket.
