• We want you to feel good with us. That's why we offer you flexible working hours or working from home depending on your role. We support you with retirement provisions and regular special payments such as Christmas and vacation bonuses. There are also various attractive discounts – and of course a staff discount.
• Whatever profession you enter: Our workplaces are modern and pleasant. Depending on your location, you will find bright and friendly dm stores, highly automated logistics sites, and light-flooded offices with ergonomic furniture. Some locations have staff restaurants.
• At our company, you become part of a special community: Our training concept is forward-looking and diverse. There are no classic hierarchies – instead, the 'we' counts. With self-determined work and individual learning paths, we want to support you in unfolding your strengths.
• We place great value on digital networking. That's why we provide you with modern devices that support you at work. Depending on the profession and area of deployment, this is a laptop, a smartphone, or both. We also rely on digital solutions in training and further education.
• So that you can start the working day healthy, dm offers various health services: from consultations with the company doctor to preventive screenings and check-ups to workshops and seminars for mental health.
• Our workplaces are well connected and often accessible by public transport. We support you during your apprenticeship with a travel cost reimbursement: We cover your costs for public transport between the training location and school. You can save the monthly ticket.
