• Counseling competence in challenging life situations: Deepening skills in dealing with people in difficult situations and with special support needs
• Interdisciplinary work & professional role understanding: Strengthening collaboration with various professional groups and developing a clear professional self-concept
• Cooperation with external providers & target groups: Expanding skills for effective collaboration with external service providers and specific target groups
• Independent work & self-reflection: Promoting independent work style and continuous self-reflection for quality assurance
• Patient- and relative-oriented counseling & social legislation: Deepening knowledge in patient- and relative-centered counseling as well as relevant social code books (SGB V, VI, IX, XI) and associated application procedures
• Dealing with complex psychosocial topics: Developing competencies in conflict management, dealing with addiction and dependency disorders, child endangerment, and clinical psychology

• You have a technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or a general university entrance qualification (Abitur) or will complete it this school year
• Ideally you already have some experience through internships or side jobs
• You have the ability to engage with people, build and shape relationships, and possess empathy and understanding for the life situations of others
• You have the ability to deal with difficult situations and challenging clients, and are motivated to advocate for others and convey a positive attitude
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
