Recruiter

As a Recruiter (m/f/d) at Actemium Controlmatic West GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, you are the main contact for recruiting in your area and manage the whole recruiting process, working directly with the business units.

• End to end recruiting: You manage the recruiting process from aligning on staffing needs through job postings and candidate selection to accompanying interviews
• Advising the business units: You work closely with our business units, question requirement profiles and advise on suitable recruiting channels and candidate selection
• Job ads & recruiting channels: You develop job ads suited to the target group, manage existing recruiting channels and identify new ways to attract candidates
• Active sourcing: You identify suitable candidates and approach them directly via appropriate platforms
• Applicant management: You review applications, hold first conversations and coordinate the next steps in the selection process together with the business units
• Employer branding & recruiting events: You represent Actemium at career fairs and other recruiting events and help build our employer presence among relevant target groups

• Qualification: Completed degree focused on personnel management, human resources or business administration with a focus on HR, or completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in recruiting
• Recruiting experience: You already have practical recruiting experience and know the key steps of an independently managed recruiting process
• Active sourcing: Ideally, you have already actively approached candidates via business networks or other recruiting channels
• Advisory skills: You can take in requirements from the business units, question them critically and turn them into a concrete recruiting strategy
• Communication: You communicate confidently with applicants and business units and act reliably and professionally
• Working style: You work independently and in a structured way, set priorities and keep an overview even with several open positions at the same time
• Mobility: You are willing to visit other locations as well as recruiting events and career fairs when needed, and you hold a class B driving licence
