Dual Study Program Railway Engineering, Construction 2027

From 1 September 2027, DB InfraGO AG is looking for you for the 3-year dual study program leading to a Bachelor of Engineering in Railway Engineering with a focus on Construction (f/m/d) in Frankfurt am Main. You complete the theory phases at the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen at the Gießen and Friedberg sites. During lecture-free periods you work at the company.

• Theory phases: Engineering fundamentals (mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, technical mechanics and computer science)
• Theory phases: You gain broad expertise in planning, design, construction and maintenance of structures, taking the needs of ongoing railway operations into account
• Practice phases: Comprehensive insight into the main areas of railway systems, rail infrastructure and asset management, such as facility management
• Practice phases: Helping with quality, schedule and cost control of construction projects, carrying out site inspections and checking planning and construction work according to DB InfraGO technical standards
• Practice phases: Supporting project management and the client's representation in coordinating planning offices, construction companies and authorities, and accompanying approval and coordination processes with internal and external project participants

• You have (soon) successfully completed your (technical) Abitur or have an equivalent vocational qualification (vocationally qualified applicants must meet the enrolment requirements at THM)
• Math and physics are your favorite subjects and you are good at computer science too
• Technical relationships and railway operations fascinate you
• You are communicative and value teamwork
• Goal-oriented and independent work is natural for you
