Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk Air Freight Export

DHL Global Forwarding is looking for a forwarding and logistics services clerk for its air freight division in Frankfurt am Main. Permanent, full-time.

• You create all required export documents in line with regulations and internal procedures
• You are responsible for processing, clearance and distribution of all required documents in shipping
• You also carry out bookings and booking optimization based on internal guidelines
• You also ensure customer requirements are met and take corrective action on deviations
• You also ensure all documents are completed, updated in a timely and efficient manner and delivered according to regulations and internal procedures
• You accept customer orders and check them according to regulations and internal procedures
• As a forwarding clerk (m/f/d) you check shipment status in export, spot deviations and ensure solutions for incidents
• Your tasks also include supporting customer service in resolving incidents and exception management
• You build and intensively maintain customer relationships
• You communicate with customer service, product and Global Service Center in German and English

• Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
• Extensive knowledge of AFR export tasks
• Good administrative skills
• Good IT and PC skills (MS Office)
