You will independently handle service assignments for customers in the areas of logistics, online retail, and automotive industry. A service vehicle and flexible deployment planning support you. Your task is to ensure the maintenance and repair of mechatronic systems.

Installation & Maintenance: Performance of installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on conveyor technology systems as well as for customers in the areas of logistics, banknote sorting machines, and cash handling devices. Support with technical queries and optimization of existing systems. Customer instruction: Instruction of customers in the systems and ensuring a high quality standard. Acceptance: Handover of machines and creation of acceptance protocols. System maintenance: Performance of preventive maintenance and technical extensions. Support: Error analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting during ongoing operation.

Completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field. Good knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechatronic systems. First professional experience in technical service. Willingness to travel, flexibility, and readiness for on-call duty, class B driver's license. Good PC skills and English language skills. Confident and friendly demeanor, service-oriented thinking, and an independent and structured way of working.
