School-leaver programme: Advanced Retail Management Qualification

Training programme for future managers at Action leading to three Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications in three years: retail sales professional, advanced retail management qualification and trainer qualification. You learn specialist, organisational and management tasks and progress through roles from sales to store management.

• You start with sales tasks, such as stocking shelves, maintaining stock, operating the till and advising customers
• Step by step, you learn our management tasks, such as displaying products and making seasonal layout changes, ordering, handling returns, balancing tills and taking inventory
• You then also take on staff planning and management, because our employees are at the heart of Action
• In your third year of training, exciting projects await you, such as helping with new store openings, analysing stores with regional management or helping organise applicant days

• General university entrance qualification or a technical university entrance qualification with proof of internships (see Chamber of Industry and Commerce requirements)
• Interest in management and responsibility for a store
• Willingness to learn, work hard and adapt to change
