Sales Internship

As part of your mandatory internship, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the role of a sales manager at Lidl over 2 to 6 months. You will support your sales manager in managing their 4–6 branches and looking after up to 100 employees. In the process, you will learn our business from the ground up – from implementing our store concepts to analyzing and optimizing key figures to personnel planning and management topics.

• Learn the business from the ground up: implementation of store concepts, analysis and optimization of key figures, personnel planning and management

• Enrolled student (university or university of applied sciences) preferably with a business administration focus (BWL)
• Committed, independent working style and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail
• Enthusiasm and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Analytical skills combined with strong communication and team player qualities
