Apprenticeship Retail Salesperson / Sales Assistant 2027

Apprenticeship as a retail merchant (3 years) or sales assistant (2 years) in the Lidl store in Saerbeck. Start: 1 August or 1 September (depending on region). Full-time.

• In your apprenticeship you learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a great shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness and cleanliness - this is possible either as a 2-year apprenticeship as a sales assistant (m/f/d) or a 3-year apprenticeship as a retail merchant (m/f/d)
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking or working the checkout: you get stuck in and give your all
• You check incoming goods, help with stocktaking and assist our customers with advice and support
• If you choose the third year as a retail merchant (m/f/d), you learn how to create staff schedules and lead your first own shift
• To further develop your skills you take part in training courses and exciting apprentice projects
