Retail Management Training Programme for School Leavers

Action training programme leading to three IHK qualifications in three years: retail salesperson, certified retail manager and trainer qualification. Learn specialist, organisational and management tasks while progressing from sales to store management.

• Start with sales tasks such as stocking shelves, maintaining stock, operating the checkout and advising customers
• Gradually learn management tasks such as product displays and seasonal store changes, orders, returns, cash reconciliation and stocktaking
• Then take on staff scheduling and management, because our employees are at the heart of Action
• In your third training year, work on projects such as new store openings, store analysis with regional management or helping organise applicant days

• University entrance qualification or technical university entrance qualification with proof of internships (see IHK)
• Interest in managing people and taking responsibility for a store
• Willingness to learn, work hard and adapt to change
