Retail Management Training Programme for School Leavers

Vocational and advanced training for future managers in international retail. In three years, you earn three Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications: retail sales specialist, certified retail manager and trainer certification. You progress through roles from sales to store management and learn to handle specialist, organisational and management tasks independently.

• You start with sales tasks such as stocking shelves, maintaining stock, operating the checkout and advising customers
• Step by step, you learn management tasks such as product displays and seasonal store changes, orders, returns, balancing tills and stocktaking
• You then also take on staff planning and management, because our employees are at the heart of Action
• In your third training year, you take part in exciting projects such as new store openings, store performance reviews with regional management or helping organise applicant days

• General university entrance qualification or a specialised university entrance qualification with proof of internships (see Chamber of Industry and Commerce requirements)
• Interest in taking responsibility for staff and store management
