Abitur Graduate Program Retail Management Specialist

You have your (technical) Abitur and dream of starting in a responsible position at an international retail company? As a future manager at ACTION, this training and further education gives you 3 IHK qualifications in 3 years: retail clerk (m/f/d), retail management specialist (m/f/d) and trainer aptitude certificate. You learn to take on technical, organizational and leadership tasks independently so you can later run a store.

• You start with sales tasks, e.g. stocking shelves, inventory care, checkout and customer advice
• Step by step you learn our leadership tasks, e.g. product presentation and seasonal rearrangements, orders, returns, cash reconciliation and stocktaking
• Afterwards you also take over staff planning and management, because our employees are the heart of Action!
• In the 3rd year, exciting projects await you, such as helping with new store openings, store analyses with the regional management or helping organize applicant days

• General higher education entrance qualification or technical Abitur with proof of internships (see IHK)
• Interest in leadership and store responsibility
• Willingness to learn, to commit and to adapt to change
