About this Apprenticeship
- You have your (technical) high school diploma and dream of starting in a responsible position in an international retail company? Then come to where the ACTION is! As a discounter with heart and Dutch charm we're looking for you as a motivated junior manager. With this training and further education you'll achieve 3 IHK qualifications in just 3 years:
- Retail Salesperson (m/f/d)
- Retail Management Specialist (m/f/d)
- Trainer Aptitude You'll learn to independently take on specialist, organisational and management tasks to later run the store. Use your chance during the training period to successfully go through various positions: From sales to store management. And there's more after that!
What You'll Learn
- You start with our sales activities, e.g. stocking shelves, inventory maintenance, checkout processes and customer advice
- Step by step you'll learn our management tasks, e.g. product presentation and seasonal conversions, orders, returns, cash reconciliation and inventories
- Then you'll also take on personnel planning and leadership, because the heart of Action is our employees!
- In the 3rd training year exciting projects await you, such as assisting with new store openings, store analyses with regional management or helping design recruitment days
Requirements
- General higher education entrance qualification or technical college entrance qualification with internship certificates (see IHK)
- Interest in management and store responsibility
- Willingness to learn, perform and change
- Identification with our Action values: Teamwork, Discipline, Cost-consciousness, Simplicity, Respect and Customer orientation
What Action Deutschland GmbH offers
- Monthly gross salary: 1st-6th month €1,200.00, 7th-18th month €1,400.00, from 19th month €2,409.00
- Academic part at the Retail Education Centre in Springe (10 block seminars of 2 weeks each)
