• Protection: You develop suitable insurance solutions in property and personal insurance for the commercial clients of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken.
• Advice: You identify clients' needs and guide them in person or digitally toward more security.
• Client management: You maintain existing relationships and win over new clients with individual insurance concepts.
• Knowledge transfer: You identify market opportunities and support the sales partner and the team with your knowledge.

• Training in insurance, e.g. insurance specialist, insurance clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge and sales experience in personal and property insurance, ideally company pension schemes
• Strong communication skills, empathy and pronounced customer focus
• Digital affinity and initiative
