Sales Administration Process Manager

R+V is seeking a process manager for sales administration in its Customer & Sales division. The role focuses on analysing and improving processes that support private and business customers.

• You analyse, specify and review sales administration processes within your department and across the organisation, following company standards.
• You improve existing procedures together with the responsible managers and ensure implementation is clear and practical.
• You lead process improvement projects or provide specialist support from analysis and design through to the introduction of improved processes.
• You monitor compliance with operational processes, guidelines, quality standards and delegated authorities, identifying improvement needs early.
• You prepare process development recommendations for managers and take on temporary or permanent special assignments within your area when needed.

• You have completed vocational training in insurance and financial investments or a degree in economics or business studies.
• You have good knowledge of personnel administration and insurance agency support, ideally with practical experience.
• You have experience analysing, designing and improving processes, along with a good understanding of interfaces and dependencies.
• You work in a structured, careful and independent way, explain complex matters clearly and coordinate confidently with different contacts.
• You routinely use your good Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel, for analysis, documentation and presentations.
• Good spoken and written German skills, at least B2-C1.
