Dual Study Program Bachelor of Arts Business Administration - Insurance Banking Sales

Start your dual study program at R+V Insurance – one of Germany's largest insurers. You are not alone with us: we support you on your path, promote you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your dual study program in banking sales, you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to accompany customers in important decisions regarding insurance, provision and financial investments.

• Connect theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in branches of the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Dual University of Saxony or the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Law Berlin.
• Understand insurance: You learn our insurance and financial products and experience what consulting with real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up on consulting talks, create offers and support the team in concluding contracts.

• University entrance qualification with good mathematics grade – an already completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at start of apprenticeship
