Dual Study Bachelor of Arts Business Administration - Insurance Banking Sales

Start your dual study program at R+V Versicherung – one of Germany's largest insurers. You are not alone with us: we support you on your path, promote you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your dual study program in banking sales, you work closely with the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken and learn to accompany customers in important decisions regarding insurance, provision and financial investments.

• Connect theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University or the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
• Understand insurance: You learn about our insurance and financial products and experience what consulting with real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up on consulting talks, create offers and support the team in concluding contracts.

• University entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife or Abitur) with good grades in mathematics – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at start of training
