• In the medical advisory team, you support our employees and management in benefits management – across all fields, on all medical questions.
• Besides medical aspects, you also consider the tariff and legal framework of private health insurance and work closely with the legal advisory team.
• In training sessions, you share your knowledge and support employees in their medical education.
• You keep the internal medical information platform up to date and independently develop new content.
• You monitor and analyse current medical developments and their effects on private health insurance. Where action is needed, you lead the implementation.
• You actively bring your medical expertise into various working groups and represent the department in cross-department projects.

• Licensed to practise as a physician (Approbation) – for degrees completed abroad, with proof of recognition in Germany.
• Board certification as a specialist is not required, but medical experience across several fields is an advantage.
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in private or statutory health insurance.
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration, especially at the interface between law and medicine.
• A structured way of working, the ability to prioritise and communication skills are among your strengths.
• You have a quick grasp, decisiveness and approach tasks with commitment and independence.
• Teamwork and the willingness to contribute actively round off your profile.
