You start with our sales activities, e.g., stocking shelves, inventory maintenance, cash register operations, and customer advice; Step by step you take on management tasks, e.g., product presentation and seasonal conversions, ordering, returns, cash reconciliation, and inventories; You support the store management in personnel planning and leadership, because the heart of Action is our employees!

Ideally a secondary school diploma (mittlere Reife) with good grades in main subjects; Enthusiasm for retail; Initiative and willingness to learn; Identification with our Action values: Teamwork, Discipline, Cost-consciousness, Simplicity, Respect, and Customer orientation; Mistakes happen!
