Apprenticeship as Retail Management Specialist

You have your (technical) high school diploma and dream of starting in a responsible position in an international retail company? Then come to where ACTION is! As a discounter with heart and Dutch charm, we are looking for you as a motivated junior manager. With this combined training and further education you will achieve three IHK qualifications in just 3 years: Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), Retail Management Specialist (m/f/d), Trainer Aptitude. You will learn to independently take on technical, organizational and management tasks to later manage the branch. You start with our sales activities, e.g. stocking shelves, inventory maintenance, checkout processes and customer advice Step by step you learn our management tasks, e.g. product presentation and seasonal conversions, ordering, returns, cash reconciliation and inventories Subsequently you also take over personnel planning and management, because the heart of Action are our employees! In the 3rd apprenticeship year exciting projects await you, such as participating in new openings, branch analyses with the regional management or helping to design applicant days
