You start with our sales activities, e.g. stocking shelves, inventory maintenance, cashier processes and customer advice; Step by step you take on management tasks, e.g. product presentation and seasonal conversions, orders, returns, cash reconciliation and inventories; You support the store management in personnel planning and leadership, because the heart of Action is our employees!

Ideally an intermediate secondary school leaving certificate with good grades in main subjects; Enthusiasm for retail; Initiative and willingness to learn; Identification with our Action values: Teamwork, Discipline, Cost Awareness, Simplicity, Respect and Customer Orientation; Mistakes happen! With fairness we iron them out together and you learn from them
