Apprenticeship as a Retail Management Assistant

Retail apprenticeship at Action with development opportunities from sales to store management. The training covers sales, organizational and leadership responsibilities and can be shortened to two years based on performance.

• Replenish goods, maintain stock, operate the checkout and advise customers
• Present goods, implement seasonal conversions, process orders and returns, and carry out cash reconciliations and inventories
• Support store management with personnel planning and management

• Ideally an intermediate secondary school certificate with good grades in the main subjects
• Enthusiasm for retail
• Initiative and willingness to learn
• Identification with Action's values of teamwork, discipline, cost awareness, simplicity, respect and customer focus
• Willingness to learn from mistakes and find solutions together
