You have successfully completed your studies, ideally with a business focus. You have excellent German language skills (C2 level). You can explain complex matters understandably and enjoy approaching people and conducting conversations. You have a pronounced interest in economic topics and want to continuously expand your knowledge. You recognize the needs of your clients and develop solutions that offer real added value. You are self-confident, act independently, and are motivated to start your own entrepreneurial career.

Paid Trainee Program: Permanent employment including fixed salary during the training phase – afterwards prospect of €60,000–75,000 income in the first year.
