Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a business/economics focus. Excellent German skills (C2 level). Ability to explain complex matters clearly. Enjoyment of interacting with people. Strong interest in economic topics. Recognizing client needs and developing value-added solutions. Confident, independent demeanor and motivation to start an entrepreneurial career.

Paid trainee program: Permanent employment including fixed salary during training phase – thereafter prospect of €60,000–75,000 income in first year.
