Apprenticeship as a Sales Assistant

As a discounter with heart and Dutch charm, ACTION is looking for motivated young talent to start their career. You learn independently to become an expert in the sales team, and at ACTION you can move through many different positions, from sales to store management. You are supported at your own pace.

• You start with sales tasks, e.g. restocking goods, stock care, checkout work and customer advice
• Use your chance to develop and support leadership tasks such as product presentation and seasonal store changes, orders, returns, cash register reconciliation and inventories

• Successful school leaving certificate with good grades in the main subjects
• Enthusiasm for retail
• Initiative and willingness to learn
• Identification with our Action values: teamwork, discipline, cost awareness, simplicity, respect and customer focus
• Mistakes happen! We fairly sort them out together and you learn from them
