Automotive Mechatronics Technician as Roadside Assistance Driver

• Provide professional support: With your automotive expertise, you offer our members reliable and professional assistance at the breakdown site. Through comprehensive onboarding and the support of experienced colleagues, we ensure that you can start successfully with us.
• Solve technical problems: You diagnose and rectify technical defects on motor vehicles and bicycles to make them roadworthy again. In addition, you provide road users with competent information and inform them about possible follow-up measures.
• Coordination and cooperation: In close coordination with our dispatch and external partners, you ensure that the breakdown assistance process runs smoothly.
• Support and acquire members: You are the first point of contact for our members on site, advise them on their membership, inform them about additional services, and win new members as a representative of ADAC.

• Professional requirements: You have completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or automotive electrician (m/f/d) and are willing to apply and further develop your skills.
• Mobility: A valid class B driver's license (or old class 3) is required so that you can reach our assignments safely and reliably.
