Regional Representative Insurance Sales

In this role you are the central link between ADAC Versicherung and the regional clubs, so that members receive the best possible advice in in-person and telephone sales.

• You develop insurance sales in your region and set clear impulses, especially in composite, accident and motor insurance.
• You are also the communicative link between the regional clubs and ADAC Versicherung.
• In your work you analyze figures, identify potential and implement measures that have an effect.
• You also develop sales strategies, campaigns and motivation measures that inspire teams and visibly increase success.
• You run training sessions and coaching so that sales teams are always optimally positioned.
• You also contribute your sales insights to best practices, processes and incentives.
• You take responsibility for regional projects, budgets and quality, and have the freedom to implement your own ideas.

• You have a business degree or training in financial services; what matters most is your sales background in finance or insurance.
• You also have experience in in-person or telephone sales.
• You enjoy numbers and deriving real recommendations for action from KPIs.
• You are also a gifted communicator: clear, motivating and convincing.
• You work independently and want to actively shape topics.
• You are willing to travel and flexible, and help decide where your efforts make the biggest difference.
• Nice to have: first training or coaching experience.
