Accounting Specialist

Full-time, permanent position as an accounting specialist at ADAC SE in Munich. Preparing monthly, annual and group financial statements for the ADAC Group.

• You are responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial statements of selected ADAC Group companies on time under HGB.
• As part of group financial statement preparation, you handle group-wide accounting and consolidation matters and coordinate the necessary alignment with the group companies.
• You also manage and coordinate the closing processes and act as a competent contact person for auditors and external advisors.
• You actively contribute to the professional development of closing and accounting processes and translate technical requirements into efficient process and system solutions.
• You also take responsibility in projects, for example on special commercial law topics, digitalization initiatives or cross-department finance projects.

• You have a successfully completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on accounting or finance.
• You have several years of professional experience in auditing, consulting, accounting or finance.
• We require sound knowledge of accounting under HGB.
• Ideally, you bring experience in developing and digitalizing finance processes.
• You are confident with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA and MS Office.
• You think analytically, work in a structured way and keep an overview even with demanding topics.
• Team orientation, strong communication skills and a high degree of initiative round off your profile.
