We want our guests to feel comfortable from the very first moment – and that starts with impeccably clean public areas. Whether lobby, corridors, event rooms or public washrooms – you ensure that every area shines and looks inviting. With attention to detail and pride in your work, you create an atmosphere in which our guests can relax and enjoy their stay.

• Responsibility for cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas (lobby, corridors, stairwells, elevators, meeting rooms, public washrooms, etc.)
• Ensuring all areas are always tidy, well-maintained and inviting
• Replenishing and maintaining consumables in public areas (e.g. in washrooms, disinfection stations, etc.)
• Proper disposal of waste and recycling according to hotel standards
• Reporting maintenance or safety defects to the technical or housekeeping department
• Supporting the housekeeping team with further tasks as needed

• Ideally experience in cleaning or hospitality
• Strong sense of quality and high hygiene standards
• Reliability, professionalism and enjoyment of teamwork
• Friendly, positive demeanor and enjoyment of giving guests a smile
• Valid work permit for Germany/EU
