Welcome guests and help with questions about their stay. Explain the hotel's services, share tips about the local area and assist guests through to check-out.
What You'll Learn
- Check guests in and out and assign rooms
- Receive complaints and pass them to the relevant departments
- Act as a contact for guests' questions and concerns
- Provide information and directions for the hotel and surrounding area
- Process payments and room charges
