Chef de Partie

To strengthen the team, a full-time Chef de Partie (m/f/d) is wanted as soon as possible. Together with a dedicated team you can learn something new every day and use your skills in a motivating environment.

• Preparing dishes for our restaurant, bar and banquet area following our recipes and guidelines, and plating them with great attention to detail
• Preparing the mise-en-place
• Looking after the buffet at events with direct guest contact
• Ordering and organizing goods with our purchasing department
• Early and late shifts of the respective stations and leading them
• Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils
• Keeping surfaces and storage containers hygienic and clean

• Completed training as a cook
• Very good teamwork skills and an eye for detail
• A positive outlook on life, open-mindedness and a friendly manner
• Guest orientation
• Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of kitchen processes
• English skills are an advantage
