What You'll Learn

You manage your station independently and always keep an overview
You are able to lead and guide your station team effectively
You support menu planning with your creativity
You optimize the productivity and efficiency of your station and always act as a role model for others
You regularly give feedback and ideas to your superiors
During the shift you work closely with the service team
You are co-responsible for cleanliness and maintenance according to HACCP guidelines
As a true team player you enjoy working in a team and are always ready to help others.
You enjoy passing on your extensive knowledge to trainees and support them in their development
Social media is not a foreign word for you and you regularly provide content for our marketing team.

Requirements

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in professional kitchens worldwide
