What You'll Learn

You welcome our guests with a smile
You accept reservations and plan the table allocation
You communicate professionally, personally and by telephone with our guests
You like to help bring coats to the cloakroom
You accompany our guests to the table and bring them the menus perhaps already
You communicate closely with the service staff
During the breakfast shift you book the breakfasts in our cash register system
You know our beverage and food offer and can make recommendations at any time
You support the service team during daily service when necessary
