About this Apprenticeship

As F&B Assistant Service Manager, you support the F&B Director and F&B Service Manager in the operational and administrative leadership of our service team, mainly in the late shift. Together you ensure smooth operations in our restaurants, bars and event areas and guarantee first-class guest service.

What You'll Learn

Independent leadership, motivation and development of the service team
Ensuring a professional and guest-oriented service flow
Active involvement in day-to-day operations
Onboarding, training and support of new employees
Support with shift and vacation planning
Monitoring and compliance with quality, hygiene and service standards (HACCP)
Handling guest feedback and professionally resolving complaints
Support with inventories and control of cost of goods
Close cooperation with kitchen, banquet, reception and other operational departments
Contributing to the implementation of sales and upselling measures

Requirements

Experience in F&B service in a comparable position in the hotel industry
Joy in service and a strong host mentality
Organizational skills and the ability to successfully coordinate several projects at the same time
Initiative, team spirit and a solution-oriented way of working
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
