Working Student for ADAC Claims Handling

As a working student at ADAC e.V. in Munich, you handle claims for club members and ADAC mobility partners. The position is limited to 1 year. You can apply your university knowledge directly.

• You independently and actively handle claims for our club members and ADAC mobility partners.
• You check coverage and claim questions as well as invoices under the ADAC membership.
• You research, clarify the facts and check claims according to the ADAC mobility partner contract.
• Calculating claim payments is also part of your tasks.
• You also request missing documents from the member or mobility partner.
• You keep communication going with mobility partners, members and third parties.

• You are an enrolled full-time student in business or law.
• Professional experience in claims handling is a plus.
• You have experience writing correspondence.
• You are confident with MS Office.
• A careful and service-oriented way of working is natural for you.
• Your German is fluent in speech and writing.
• You are communicative, adaptable and a team player.
