Working Student, Market Research

Working student role in market research at ADAC SE in Munich, initially lasting one year. You support market and opinion research projects, analyze customer experiences and prepare data and recommendations.

• Actively contribute to quantitative and qualitative market and opinion research projects, including benchmarking, best practices, customer insights and practical recommendations.
• Take part in projects introducing new customer experience tools and technologies, such as chatbots or CRM systems.
• Analyze and improve customer journeys across different points of contact.
• Work with the team to develop and implement measures that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Independently research various topics using existing sources, evaluate the findings and prepare presentations.
• Independently analyze survey data, create and check presentations, and design and program surveys.
• Maintain the internal research panel and manage studies, while helping create and improve dashboards and test new tools and technologies.
• Help coordinate and communicate with external service providers.

• You are pursuing a master's degree in business, economics or social sciences, ideally focusing on market research, statistics, sociology, psychology, communication studies or a related field.
• You are motivated, communicate well and work independently, carefully and creatively.
• You enjoy organizing complex information and presenting it clearly for a specific purpose, with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• You confidently use standard MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint for visual presentations and dashboards.
• You have knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• You have gained practical market research experience through internships that you can document.
• You have very good spoken and written German and English.
• Analytics skills and some experience analyzing and visualizing data are an advantage.
