In our Insurance Quality & Analysis team, you work at the intersection of data analysis, customer experience, quality management, digitalization, and insurance processes. You support us in deriving concrete insights from data and customer feedback, identifying improvement potential, and continuously developing the quality of our processes and services. During your practical phases, you'll gradually develop into our topics and take on your own tasks and projects with growing experience: You prepare quality, customer, and process data, analyze it, and visualize the results. You support customer experience analyses, e.g., evaluating customer satisfaction, NPS, and customer feedback. You identify patterns, anomalies, and improvement potential in data and processes. You participate in quality analyses, special evaluations, and structured quality controls. You support closed file reviews and leakage analyses as well as the evaluation of insights gained. You create key figures, reports, and management evaluations and continuously develop them. You support the derivation and tracking of quality and improvement measures. You participate in the further development of quality standards and analysis methods. You examine sensible applications of digitalization, data analysis, and artificial intelligence for quality and analysis processes. You take on your own practice-related projects over the course of your studies.

You have a general university entrance qualification (Abitur) or a subject-specific university entrance qualification with very good performance in mathematics, computer science, and business administration. You're interested in data, digitalization, AI, and economic contexts. Numbers and analytical questions are fun for you. You work in a structured, careful, and independent manner. You're interested in understanding processes and uncovering improvement potential. You enjoy new technologies and digital ways of working. You ideally have initial knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and want to further develop your analytical skills. Teamwork, initiative, and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics round off your profile.
