In the process, you gain a versatile insight into insurance sales and regional marketing; From giveaways to posters and brochures to digital advertising films: You accompany regional marketing measures from the first idea to the finished result; You help prepare information simply, understandably, and appealingly for our sales partners and learn what matters to us; You participate in webinars, seminars, and digital learning offerings for insurance sales and learn how we train our sales staff; You get to know our digital systems and tools and can contribute ideas on how to develop them further; You help us make work processes simpler and smarter and can contribute your own improvement ideas; You help shape how we sensibly integrate AI and automation into our daily work and processes; You get to know ADAC insurance and especially our insurance sales, can try things out, and take on your own tasks step by step

You have a good school diploma (intermediate school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification, or Abitur) or are about to obtain it; You are curious and open to many new topics and enjoy contributing and trying out your own ideas; Digital applications and new tools excite you and you also want to try out how AI can be used in everyday work; You organize yourself well and keep an overview even with multiple tasks; You work reliably and ensure that your tasks are completed properly; You approach other people openly and enjoy working with others in a team; And most importantly: You don't have to know everything yet. What matters is that you have the desire to learn new things and contribute
