Apprenticeship as Automatenfachmann (Automated Machine Specialist)

In the three-year apprenticeship as an Automatenfachmann (m/f/d), you will acquire all qualifications for operational tasks related to automated machines. The training takes place on-site in one of our arcades and in the specialist departments at headquarters in Pfullendorf. Vocational school is in Sigmaringen.

Service-oriented guest support and customer consulting. Checking and replenishing stock. Installation and setup of machines, as well as cash handling, filling, and accounting. Complaint handling and fault detection and repair on machines. Beyond automated machine tasks, you will expand your technical skills and get to know the technical departments of our company and the field service. You deepen practical insights through the theoretical foundations learned at vocational school.

You have successfully completed your lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss) or intermediate secondary school certificate (mittlere Reife) and are at least 18 years old. You are interested in the functioning of modern automated machines and technical connections. Logical thinking and technical understanding are natural to you. Teamwork and reliability characterize you. You have very good communication skills and good manners.
