Apprenticeship as an Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechatronics Technician

Apprenticeship at New-Tec West Vertriebsgesellschaft für Agrartechnik mbH, part of the AGRAVIS Group, in Cadenberge starting on 1 August 2027. You will learn to maintain, repair and find faults in agricultural and forestry machinery, vehicles and equipment. The full time apprenticeship involves 40 hours per week.

• Gain thorough knowledge of maintaining, servicing and repairing agricultural and forestry machinery, vehicles and equipment.
• Find faults systematically in mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems.
• Fit machinery with accessories and extra equipment.
• Work with modern technology, including drive and harvesting systems, hydraulics, electronics, air conditioning and engines.
• Help shape working processes and communicate closely with your colleagues.

• You have at least a good lower secondary school certificate and sound results in maths and physics, providing a basis for technical tasks such as calculating electric currents and understanding control systems.
• You have technical understanding, practical skills and strong hand and eye coordination.
• You enjoy modern agricultural machinery and finding faults and are ready to help with tasks such as assembly, testing and repairs.
• You work carefully and in an organised way and take responsibility seriously.
• You enjoy teamwork, are reliable and are curious and willing to learn about new technical challenges.
