You learn to operate, maintain and optimise machines and production plants professionally. When monitoring production processes, you ensure compliance with our quality standards. You recognise technical faults at an early stage and rectify them to ensure smooth production. You gain sound insights into materials science, measurement and control technology as well as occupational safety. In addition, you analyse production data and actively support the further development and automation of processes.

You have at least a good lower secondary school leaving certificate or an intermediate school leaving certificate – ideally with solid grades in mathematics, biology and chemistry. You have a technical interest and curiosity for machines and production processes. Care, sense of responsibility and teamwork are among your personal strengths. You work in a structured, reliable manner and show manual dexterity. Physical work does not deter you, and you are motivated to continuously develop yourself.
