Dispatch Planner for Sampling

AGROLAB Probenahme und Logistik GmbH, part of the AGROLAB GROUP, offers sampling as a service for the group's labs as well as logistics solutions. It is looking for a full-time dispatch planner in Leopoldshöhe, permanent position, flextime with core hours.

• Planning and coordinating the daily assignments and routes of our samplers
• Assigning and distributing orders considering appointments, qualifications, workload and regional conditions
• Coordinating appointments with samplers, customers and internal contacts
• Central contact for our samplers on organizational questions in daily business
• Forward-looking resource and capacity planning in close coordination with team lead and head of sampling
• Maintaining relevant data and systems and actively helping develop our planning and organizational processes

• Completed commercial, logistics or comparable vocational training
• Ideally first experience in dispatching, deployment planning, logistics or a similar organizational setting
• Strong organizational talent and enjoyment in keeping an overview even when things change at short notice
• Communication skills and confident manner in phone contact with various partners
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident use of MS Office and openness to new digital systems and ways of working
• Flexibility, initiative and willingness to actively engage with new and changing processes
